Q:  Why should I hire a Wedding Planner?

A:  Most couples these days are working professionals and are simply too busy to plan a wedding with it’s many details. Wedding planning can be overwhelming and stressful when you do not have the time that is needed to put into it. Your wedding is such an important – and expensive – event in your life: it makes sense to hire a professional to assist you during the process. We have all of the relationships, and work with only the best wedding professionals, so you can rest assured that every member of your wedding team will be giving 100% to make your wedding fantastic.  And best of all – having a Wedding Planner means that you (AND your friends and family) can relax and enjoy all of the amazing experiences and emotions that come on your wedding day without being stressed. There are a million other reasons, but chances are, if you’re reading this, you already know why you need a Wedding Planner!

Q:  When is the best time to select a Wedding Planner?

A:  Let me answer your question with a question, ” How long do you want to stress over planning your wedding?” The answer to that will dictate the urgency in which you will want to consider when hiring a Wedding Planner. We recommend that you hire your Planner  as soon as you get engaged, and before you select your venue or vendors. However, we have been hired by couples that already had their venue and selected their vendors. So, it’s really never too late or too early.

Q:  I am concerned about being involved with the planning process and losing my vision in the process. Can I still hire a Planner and be involved?

A:  Absolutely!! Our best weddings are designed with your vision, style and personality in mind. This is YOUR wedding and having your input is absolutely critical to the overall outcome. In fact, we want you to get excited about planning your special day, it is solely up to you what you want your level of involvement to be. Our role is to execute the vision you have for your wedding and provide insight and feedback along the way to make the process smooth.

Q:  I am planning my wedding in 6 months, is that too late to hire a Wedding Planner?

A:  We love a good challenge and the answer is NO! We’ve planned elaborate weddings in less than 4 months, so it can be done. 6 months will fly by if you blink too long, so that will require us to plan and coordinate your wedding quickly and efficiently to make it more manageable for you. Our Logan Bridal Suite is designed for the couple that needs a Wedding Planner within 6 months of their wedding. You’re still involved but it’s not overwhelming because the planning is organized so that all you have to do is show up!

Q:  I have a small budget. Can I still hire a Wedding Planner?

A:  Just as there are wedding dresses for every budget, there are different Planners for every budget. Our Bridal Suites are moderately priced and start around $1500. If that’s not you, that’s ok! Our Jewel Bridal Program is the perfect solution for you.

Q:  How do you determine your fees?

A:   Our fees are reflective of our experience in the industry as well as the quality of experience that we provide for our couples. We offer an extraordinary planning + design experience. When couples decide to have a Virtue wedding, they know that they are investing in peace of mind, and an unforgettable experience. For our Full Planning + Design clients, we charge a flat rate planning fee and our design fee is a flat rate based on a percentage of the total budget.    If you are shopping for a Wedding Planner on the basis of price alone, we are probably not a good fit for you.

Q:  I want to plan my own wedding but I would like some of your advice. Is there anyway to get your advice without becoming a full planning client?

Q:  How can Virtue make my wedding one of a kind?

A:  We plan weddings in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Wilmington, Delaware; Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Atlanta, Georgia.  We work with vendors in each territory full time who are very active in the wedding industry. However, we are willing to travel worldwide to plan and execute your events, so don’t hesitate to ask.

Q:  Can you help me with my destination wedding? 

A:  Of course we can! We love destination weddings! We have worked with many couples that don’t live in their wedding city. We have structured our services so that the couples always have an advocate on the ground. Our programs include a unique communication structure between you and your planner. We pride ourselves on building solid relationships with our clients, so you don’t have to worry about feeling like a stranger at your own wedding. With modern technology there are many ways to connect with each other and we make sure we get to know you and your desires as we plan your wedding. We work with local service providers and our industry partners to create your vision in your ideal destination.
